Primary Work Completion
Each Operative will ensure that the specification is completed, also assessing that they have completed the schedule in accordance with the requirements.
Client Quality Record
This is a record of communication held between our Contract Manager and the Client contact, which should be completed on a monthly basis. It is a brief summary record providing continuous appraisal and requested information.
Communication Book
This will be installed on the Client's premises as a method of effective communication between the client and Globe Cleaning and Maintenance.
This is particularly relevant when the client contact and the Location Manager are not on site at the same time.
